Fresh reports have suggested that Paris Saint-Germain superstars Kylian Mbappe and Neymar could make a stunning switch to the Premier League, with Liverpool ‘offered’ Neymar and Manchester United vying for Mbappe.

The rumours come amid claims of a fallout behind the scenes of the French giants, with speculation growing that multiple top talents could look to force an exit this summer.

It would be incredible to see both Mbappe and Neymar in England, but both sides have a lot of work to do to get the sensational deals over the line.

Firstly, according to Football Insiderwith United receiving takeover bids from UK billionaire Jim Radcliffe and Qatari banker Sheikh Jassim bin Hamad Al Thani, it is claimed that the new potential owners may try and sign Mbappe to help win over the Old Trafford faithful.

Erik ten Hag’s side are still in desperate need of a prolific striker, despite Marcus Rashford currently in an incredible run of form – scoring 24 goals in 36 appearances across all competitions this season.

As mentioned, Mbappe has made clear his frustrations behind the scenes at the Parc des Princes, despite penning a new three-year deal last summer to ward off the interest of Real Madrid.

However, this has seemingly not deterred the Red Devils – but the French superstar could command a ridiculous price tag this summer, with Transfermarkt valuing him at £180m. Ultimately, though, PSG may demand even more than that.

There is no doubting his quality, though, after scoring an incredible 198 goals in 245 appearances for the Paris side, as well as contributing 94 assists, giving him an average of 1.19 goal contributions per game.

As for Neymar, an exit seems slightly more realistic. His contract at the Parc des Princes is valid until 2025, but Christophe Galtier’s side are reportedly open to selling him this summer.

According to another report from Football InsiderLiverpool are said to be one of several clubs who have been approached by PSG regarding a potential move, with the Brazilian keen to head to the Premier League.

Indeed, with the Reds being ‘offered’ the chance to sign the former Barcelona man, it is believed that they would have to pay between £70m and £80m to secure the 31-year-old’s services.

Neymar is still widely regarded as one of the best players in the world. During his time in France, he has won four league titles, three French Cups, and three Trophees des Champions, scoring a staggering 118 goals in a six-year stint in the French capital.

The Brazilian arguably has the ability to turn Jurgen Klopp’s side into serial trophy winners once again. However, people behind the scenes at Liverpool believe a deal is ‘unlikely’ given Neymar’s age and price tag, as well as his reputation for causing trouble in the dressing room.

The Reds still have a few months to be convinced to pay up, so it will be interesting to see what happens with both Mbappe and Neymar in the summer.
